Authorization
Obtaining authorization for a construction project is a crucial step in architecture, issued by local authorities to ensure compliance with urban planning regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements. Before submitting an application, the architect must ensure the project's compliance with planning documents, such as the Local Urban Plan (PLU) in France. The application includes detailed plans, environmental impact studies, and technical justifications. After submission, the project may be subject to public consultation.
