The APD includes technical drawings and precise cost estimates, facilitating preparation for project execution. This phase requires close collaboration between the architect, engineers, and stakeholders, and aims to establish the documents required for building permits while adhering to regulations. With the finalized APD, the project is ready to enter the production phase.
