Detailed Preliminary Design

The Detailed Design (APD) is a key stage in architectural design, following the Preliminary Design (APS). At this stage, the project is refined with finalized architectural plans, technical details, and material specifications. The APD includes technical drawings and precise cost estimates, facilitating preparation for project execution. This phase requires close collaboration between the architect, engineers, and stakeholders, and aims to establish the documents required for building permits, while complying with regulations. With the finalized APD, the project is ready to move into the production phase.
