Biography

Asma Elghoul is a Manager, Libyan Architect and Urban Planner. She graduated from the University of ibn Khaldun (UIK) in Tunis 2016 and is registered in the Order of Architects in Tunisia (OAT). Asma Elghoul has focused her architectural design firm ‘’aedificants’’ since December 2019 and since its foundation, it has emphasized its clients’ needs by providing tailored solutions, processes, and materials to meet the goals and visions she undertakes for her clients. Asma Elghoul has worked on and contributed to high-profile projects in Libya, Tunis and Oman Asma Elghoul fulfills commitments to her clients by supporting and guiding them in terms of technical and materials management to accomplish their projects. Asma Elghoul is responsible for ensuring a regular follow-up with the client, therefore attributing a special value to each project. The success of each project begins with a plan that includes ensuring compliance with deadlines and quotations, and maintaining quality during the integrated management process, applying several approaches which allow clients to coordinate and execute all formalities regarding real estate projects, from preliminary study made by an architect up to the end.
